The Neurocritical Care Society Mentorship Program
The Neurocritical Care Society (NCS) Mentorship Program seeks to create a sustainable, multidisciplinary mentorship ecosystem that accelerates career development, promotes innovation, and advances neurocritical care worldwide. The program connects mentees with experienced mentors across disciplines (physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals) to foster leadership, research, education and professional growth.

How to Enroll
Getting started with the NCS Mentorship Program is simple. Follow these three steps to sign up, find the right match, and begin engaging in a meaningful mentorship relationship.
Enroll with Your NCS Login
Using your NCS login credentials, enroll in the NCS Mentorship Program by completing your profile, selecting your role (mentor, mentee, or both), and outlining your preferences.
An accurate and detailed profile helps ensure a strong match—the more information you provide, the better your match potential.
Get Matched by the Admin Team
Between July 15th and August 1st, the NCS Mentorship Program admin team will create a match for you. You'll be prompted via email to return to the system, meet your connection, and begin engaging.
Collaborate in Your Workspace
Once connected, both mentor and mentee gain access to a shared engagement workspace. Communicate, share resources, schedule meetings, set goals, and provide feedback—all in a single, user-friendly environment designed to support your professional development journey.
